BackToBasics strives to provide high-quality content and services to our members. However, we understand that there may be situations where a member may need to request a refund. Please read this refund policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions for requesting a refund.

Membership Fees

Membership fees for BackToBasics are non-refundable, except as described below.

Refund Requests

Refund requests must be made within 24 Hours of the initial purchase date. To request a refund, please contact our customer support team via the discord or at support@basiccookgroup.com. Refunds will only be issued if the member has not accessed the discord community provided with their membership.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the refund request. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the initial purchase.

Membership Cancellation

If a member cancels their membership before the end of the membership term, they will not be eligible for a refund for the unused portion of the membership term.

Disputes

If a member disputes a charge with their payment provider, BackToBasics reserves the right to terminate the member's access to the discord community and take legal action to recover any outstanding fees.

Changes to Refund Policy

BackToBasics reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. By continuing to use our service and this website after the changes have been made, you agree to be bound by the updated refund policy.
